In this abstract work, Patrick Joosten explores the power of the dialogue between light and matter. The textures, sometimes diffuse, sometimes abrupt, suggest a landscape where nature seems to reconstitute itself before our eyes, like a primeval forest in a changing world.
The vertical layers evoke tree trunks, geological scars, or the imprint of time, while the dark projections seem to float, almost spectral.
